Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep your current features until then.
Yes! Choosing annual billing saves you 20% across Pro and Business plans — that's 2.4 months free. Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment. Enterprise contracts can be structured quarterly or annually depending on your needs.
We send email alerts at 80% and 95% of your monthly quota. When you hit 100%, you can either purchase an Extra Bookings Pack add-on to continue without interruption, or upgrade your plan. We never cut off your service mid-event — active bookings in progress will always complete.
Pro and Business plans both include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to all features during the trial. If you decide not to continue, you'll automatically drop to the Free plan with no charge.
We adjust prices based on purchasing power parity (PPP) for 50+ countries — so developers in India, Brazil, or Nigeria pay a locally appropriate rate, not just a converted dollar amount. Select your country in the pricing selector above to see your rate. All prices are charged in your local currency where supported.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, bank transfers (for annual Enterprise contracts), and local payment methods in select countries including UPI (India), Pix (Brazil), and iDEAL (Netherlands). Invoicing available for Business and Enterprise.
Prices shown are excluding tax. Local taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) are calculated at checkout based on your billing address. If you provide a valid business VAT number, applicable taxes may be reversed. Tickitz collects and remits taxes in compliance with local regulations.
Students at accredited institutions get 40% off any Pro or Business plan. Verify using your .edu email or by uploading a student ID. Discount renews annually upon re-verification. After graduation, your plan continues at the standard rate. There is no discount stacking with annual billing — you choose one or the other.
Absolutely. Non-profit organizations (registered charities, 501(c)(3), NGOs) are eligible for a 30% discount on Pro and Business plans. Contact our team with proof of non-profit status to apply. Open source maintainers running community events may also qualify for the free Pro tier.
We offer a full refund within 30 days of your first payment on any paid plan — no questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are handled case-by-case. Annual plan refunds are prorated minus any months already used. Contact support@tickitz.io to initiate a refund.
